Dr. Stacy does not accept assignment for insurance but will bill out for you so you are reimbursed. All visit fees are due at the time of service.

Mt Clemens, Mi 48043Parking is behind the building closer to south bound Gratiot, you can access the parking lot from either Main or Gratiot. The entrance to the building is from the parking lot (rear of the building) and we are the first suite on the right.
